Your privacy is very important to us and you can be confident that your personal information will be kept safe and secure and will only be used for the purpose it was given to us, in line with current data protection regulations.

This notice sets out what we will do with your personal information from the time of your first use of this website (ClinicalWill.app) or when you register to use ClinicalWill.app, until after our work together has ended.

Why we collect your information

We use Salesforce (Heroku) as the content management system for this website. When someone visits this website, we use Salesforce (Heroku) and Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns, including cookies to help the site work more efficiently.

No user-specific data is collected by us when you visit this website and this information is processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of anyone visiting this website.

If you register to use ClinicalWill.app, that information will be processed using Salesforce (Heroku) and sent to us by email.

How we use your information when you register to use ClinicalWill.app

When you register to use ClinicalWill.app, we will collect information to help us satisfy your enquiry or fulfil a contract. This will include your name, email address, telephone number and other relevant information, such as your payment details if you subscribe to the service.

Any information we collect is processed and stored electronically on password protected smartphones, on password protected laptops, and on password protected third-party exchange servers, including Google, Gmail, iCloud, Amazon Web Services, Salesforce (Heroku) and Stripe in accordance with UK data protection regulation, the GDPR and ICO requirements.
